Trumpet exercise database

Hi everybody! I have one question for you. Do you think that the pedal tones are very important for the development of the high register? First of all, JAMES STAMP book? Is there some other way (easier than J.Stamp) to get the high register?
I currently exercise this ''system'' but I'm interested if there is something else which might be better than this? What you think?

Hi I'm new here but have been playing since I was 12 and I'm now much older… RE the use of low register to improve high register I think it is vital. According to one of my university trumpet teachers you use the same embouchure muscles to control the sound in low and pedal register that you do in the altissimo. I agree with jjs that you need to focus on all registers so that you have a powerful balanced sound everywhere on your horn.
